Controller


Location: Onsite | Tustin, CA

Duration: Full-time position

Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 


About the Role


Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to lead the financial operations of a dynamic, growing organization. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. The Controller will partner closely with senior leadership to provide financial insight, drive process improvement, and ensure the integrity of all financial information that supports key business decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the financial close and reporting process—prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; analyze results; and communicate key trends to leadership.
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, cash management, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting, partnering with department heads to develop budgets, track performance, and prepare rolling forecasts and cash-flow projections.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP, tax, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement—evaluate systems, implement automation and ERP enhancements, and streamline reporting workflows.
  • Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing accounting team, setting clear expectations and fostering professional growth.
  • Serve as a key business partner—provide insights, KPIs, and scenario modeling to support pricing, new initiatives, and operational strategies.


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA strongly preferred).
  • 8–10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Advanced knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting best practices.
  • Experience managing multi-entity or multi-location accounting operations.
  • Advanced Excel and ERP system skills (NetSuite preferred).
  • Proven success leading process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills—with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Talent Acquisition Manager


Location: Onsite | Irvine, CA

Duration: Full-time position (6–12 months)

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 


Our client is seeking  a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and lead the company’s first global recruiting function. This newly created role will design and implement scalable systems, structures, and processes to support a growing international organization.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiting leader with global experience who can manage full-cycle hiring — from posting and sourcing to offers and onboarding — while developing the tools, metrics, and governance to scale talent acquisition across multiple regions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, source candidates, and manage pipelines.
  • Screen, interview, and coordinate the selection process to ensure timely, high-quality hires.
  • Develop standardized recruiting processes, templates, and dashboards (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
  • Implement and manage recruiting systems (ATS, analytics, dashboards); integrate with HR operations.
  • Build relationships with external recruiting partners and regional People & Culture teams.
  • Provide insights to guide workforce planning and strengthen the employer brand globally.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, including international exposure across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Proven success in building or enhancing recruiting functions within multinational or high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of global hiring practices, compliance, and market trends.
  • Proficient in ATS platforms (Paylocity preferred), sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
